CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_LEGACY_MODEL_REMAP

1 を設定すると、Anthropic API において Opus 4 と Opus 4.1 から現在の Opus バージョンへの自動リマップが行われなくなる。古いモデルを意図的に固定したい場合に使用する。このリマップは Amazon Bedrock、Google Cloud's Agent Platform、Microsoft Foundry では実行されない。

Set to 1 to prevent automatic remapping of Opus 4 and Opus 4.1 to the current Opus version on the Anthropic API. Use when you intentionally want to pin an older model. The remap does not run on Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud's Agent Platform, or Microsoft Foundry
